Theater

The Ludington Area Center for the Arts presents theater classics and showcases new works and emerging talent. Performances range from one-act play festivals to presentations of off-Broadway musicals.

The Lakeshore Civic Players is the emerging resident theater company of the Ludington Area Center for the Arts. Under the leadership of Heather Venzke, community development director for the city of Ludington, the group plans to stage dramas, comedies, musicals, and readers theater productions in the performance hall. Community members are invited to join the ensemble as actors or to work in lighting, set design, production, and choreography. To get involved, print, complete, and return the Lakeshore Civic Players sign-up sheet.
